Where is my order?
Orders ship within 24 hours and reach you in 5–7 days inside the US. Tracking goes out the second it leaves — check your spam folder if you haven't seen it.
I want a refund
Email us inside 90 days and say so. Full refund, no form, no return label, and you keep the bottle. You don't have to explain yourself.
Is it safe with my medication?
It's built to sit alongside a GLP‑1, not to replace anything. But we're not your doctor — if you take other medication, ask your prescriber first. Ask us anything you like in the meantime.
