Shipping Region

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand (excluding P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses).

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after processing within the US, and 7–14 business days internationally (UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand). Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high order volumes.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days or your package appears lost, contact us at support@nuvecrest.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@nuvecrest.com — we can update the address as long as the order hasn't shipped yet. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
