FAQ

Before you order

Questions we actually get.

The product

What is Steadivite, in one sentence?

A daily supplement made for the days after a GLP‑1 shot — the nausea, the sulfur burps and the crash that follows. Two capsules every morning.

How is it different from a multivitamin?

A multivitamin was built for someone eating three full meals a day. That isn't you right now.

Half of this is the nutrient side, dosed for someone eating a fraction of what they used to. The other half is digestive — ginger root and bromelain at 1,750 GDU — and that half doesn't exist in a multivitamin at all.

Is this a weight-loss product?

No. It does nothing to your appetite, your dose or your results. That's your medication's job. This is for the side of it nobody prepares you for.

What is actually in it?

Ten declared actives plus a digestive matrix. Among them 200 mg CoQ10, methylated B‑vitamins, chromium, magnesium, ginger root and bromelain.

There's no proprietary blend. Every dose is printed, and the full Supplement Facts panel sits on the product page before you buy.

Taking it

How do I take it?

Two capsules in the morning with your first meal — even if that first meal is half a yogurt. Food helps them land gently.

Every day, or only around shot day?

Every day, including the days you feel fine.

Think of it as a foundation, not a fire extinguisher. It works because it's already in your system when shot day comes around, which is exactly why people who only take it once they feel awful end up disappointed.

When will I notice something?

The burps and the nausea usually move first — most people notice something in the first few days.

The energy side takes weeks, not hours. CoQ10 and the B‑complex fill a nutrient gap instead of masking a symptom, and filling a gap takes time. If you're three days in and still tired, that's normal.

Can I open the capsule? I struggle to swallow pills.

You can, but it doesn't taste good — ginger and bromelain aren't subtle. Most people who struggle with capsules take them with a full glass of water and something soft to eat.

If swallowing is a real problem for you, write to us before you order rather than after.

Will it help my constipation?

Sometimes, indirectly. The digestive half can help keep things moving, and plenty of people tell us it did.

But we're not going to call it a constipation product, because it wasn't built as one. If that's your main complaint, magnesium and fiber are the more honest answer.

Safety

Is it safe alongside my GLP‑1 medication?

It's built to sit alongside it, not replace it. Keep taking whatever your doctor prescribed.

That said, we're not your doctor and this page isn't medical advice. If you're on other medication, or you have kidney or heart conditions, ask your prescriber first. If you're unsure, write to us and we'll tell you straight — we'd rather talk you out of it than sell you something that's wrong for you.

Are there allergens?

Yes. It contains soy (phosphatidylcholine from soy bean lecithin). Other ingredients: hypromellose (capsule), rice flour, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.

I am going up a dose soon. Should I start before or after?

Before, if you can. Every step up resets the side effects for a few days to a week, and people who go into that week already prepared tell us it's a much easier step.
