  • Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription at any time via the customer account portal or by contacting us at support@nuvecrest.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again after cancellation.
  • Billing: The renewal price and schedule are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or notify you to update your payment method.
  • Changes: We will notify you in advance of any change to Subscription pricing, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
