How Subscriptions Work

When you purchase a subscription ("Subscribe & Save"), you'll receive your product automatically at the frequency you select at checkout, billed to your chosen payment method at the price shown at checkout for each renewal.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time — no minimum commitment, no cancellation fees. Cancel via the customer account portal (link in your order confirmation email) or by emailing support@nuvecrest.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; any order already processed will still be shipped.

Skipping or Rescheduling

You can skip a delivery or change your delivery frequency at any time via the customer account portal, up until the next billing date.

Billing & Notifications

Renewal charges occur automatically on your billing date. If a payment fails, we may retry it and will notify you by email to update your payment method. We will notify you in advance of any price change, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Returns & Refunds

Individual subscription shipments are covered by our standard Refund Policy (30-day returns).
